I recommend Tire Rack to a friend to order his tires for his Jeep, and ship to my home. I went to install them and when I balance them one was calling for 10oz on one side, I did remove it and turn it 180 degrees and still was calling for 10 oz on one side. After further inspection found the tire to out of round. He did receive a replacement tire, and it balanced out, it just took 3 days.

Purchased 4 tires for my BMW. One was damaged and was replaced under warranty, after I purchased a replacement I was reimbursed. Took time to reimburse, but it happened. Purchased another replacement and is sending it to the authorized installation site. Filing a claim for reimbursement if possible.

The cooper Dicoverer tires I've purchased covered with a cracks after only 25k and more than 50% of a tread left. I have to replace all of them. And it's easier to purchase new set off tires than getting some refunds from tirerack.
