Great so far, but I am dissapointed that I was not able to get the $50 rebate. I didn't realize you needed to use the Good year credit card. I used my American Express and thought that would work. I thought I read it and it was supposed to be a $50 rebate then another $50 rebate if used the Good Year card.

Ordering was easy! I am hopefully that the remainder of the process goes as well. The installer I chose was horrible. The service I received was acceptable, but the "customer service" was not. From the moment I walked in the door, I was treated with what I can only describe as disdain. Lesson learned, I will not patronize the Firestone in Raymore, MO again.

Got the tires in a timely manner, and the price was great. My only problem was the OnTrac delivery driver just left them in front of my shop and didn't talk to anyone before leaving. We work in a sketchy neighborhood, so I'm glad I walked out and found them before they disappeared. Tire Rack is great. The shipping carrier, not so much..
