Easy process and great support system. I wanted to get a set of winter wheels and tires for my first winter in Michigan. I needed the tires mounted, but assume I would have to make an appointment and take them to a local place. However, the Tire Rack associate told me that they could mount and balance the tires before shipping. I expected the process would take a week or so, but 36 hours later, they were on my porch.

Convenient and easy, quick as well. I received notification that my tired was delivered the next day and had the tires installed the next day after the shop received them.
No stress or hassel with the minor exception on the tire shop trying to sell me other services and a minor attempt at raising the installation price until I told him I was making a phone call. All of a sudden the problem was fix and actually paid 4 bucks less. Over all easy experience in buying tires.

Quick, simple, accurate, to order with basically overnight delivery. What's not to like. Thhis was part of a road hazard warranty. I sumbitted all the paperwork but still haven't heard back.
