Selecting Installer to have tires shipped to was confusing. Used Chat and was just told I had to call to figure it out.

I have utilized online ordering of all my tires over the last 10 or more years from Tirerack. I have never been disappointed in the price, fast delivery and customer support that they offer. I will continue to buy my tires from them in the future.

Had the parts I needed in stock, shipped fast, all in all a great experience.

It was easy to find the tire I wanted and to compare it with other tires.

Easy and fast service, save time going to tire shop while working from home

Online needs some work. Choosing & handling tires need smother transitions for transactions. Tires were in cart then disappeared. Took some effort to get them back.
Actual purchase very customer friendly. I ordered (and paid) for the wrong tires. They handled it and got me the right tires in 15 minutes...(call answered to done!)
I held my breath and had them delivered to and installed by a TR recommended installer I knew nothing about... but he was 10 minutes away. The experience was great. Only thing... he didn't get my number to let me know the tires had arrived but it all worked out. I'm a customer of both Tire Rack and the installation shop for sure!

Easy, fast, no-brainer. Great customer service. Web and email communications are very efficient. Cant imagine buying tires and wheels elsewhere. Even my local tire and auto repair shop recommends it!

So far so good let's see if they arrive on time. Arrived on time next update will be if I have issues with tires, which hopefully I won't.

Everything is so easy and intuitive. They also seem to anticipate questions you might have and provide answers through pop up windows before you even ask. As a Canadian customer it is even nicer to have all taxes & duties collected on the spot ahead of time with no surprises at the border.

Tirerack.com has all the data I needed to select the tires I want, plus easy-to-follow and quick transaction online. I've been buying from here since 2002.

The installer Tires Plus weren't helpful last time I ordered tires. They didn't install, acted like they weren't making money. Tire Rack gave this tires plus a seal of approval. Let's see this time.

Next day shipping as advertised. Follow up phone call on a return of mistaken order. Professional at every level.
