Came back to Tire Rack after using another online discount tire retailer for almost 10 years. My experience was terrific, the process of buying and setting up installation all online and delivery to local Firestone was seamless. The tires were delivered the day before my installation day and the notifications I received(for delivery, installation confirmation and satisfaction) were appreciated. The promotion with Goodyear tires was spectacular, have never seen a deal like that ever. Thanks for a good experience!

At first unsure, because I've never used Tire Rack before. Ordering was as expected in this day and age of online ordering. Shipping was fast. It was awesome that I happened to be out in the driveway when the truck pulled up. Took it out of the delivery truck and put them right into my SUV. It wasn't until later that I got the idea of having it drop shipped to my independent mechanic. I didn't think of that before because the suggestions on the website didn't show anybody but tire shops; Discount Tire, Goodyear, etc.
It was easy and convenient, quick delivery. I paid good money for great tires. I love them and will definitely use them again.
