Great experience buying Bridgestone tires for my Tesla model 3 from tire rack.com. The website made it super easy to find the right tires for my car, compare options and check availability. The order process was quick and straightforward and how fast the tires delivered right to my house.

I've made 5 orders over last 4 years. Difficulty with reaching customer service for replacement tires from warranty. Ended up just buying a new tire. The prices and quick delivery allows me to overlook this.

I ordered BFGs for my F150, and the agent called before fulfilling the order to verify the size and fitment, since I ordered a larger size than recommended. Once I shared that I installed. 2.5 inch leveling kit, he was ok with my selection. But still offered to exchange them if there was any rubbing after installation and before driving on them.

Tire Rack has excellent selection of tires and helps to navigate the choice of right tires by offering in-house rating, insurance and users reviews. Shipping tires to certified installer also makes the installation easy to manage -- you can see the price in advance and avoid surprises at the shop. Happy customer, since ~ 2010.

I was talked into doing an onsite install at my home, the timing window was exceeded by over 4 hours and forgotten, I missed 2 appointments

Bought 2 sets of tires from Tire Rack. First order was smooth, waiting for my second order of winter tires and rims combo. I ordered them mounted and balanced so hoperfully they will be done correctly because I don't have the equipment to do it.

Bought them online and they're here. Still have to get them mounted and balanced, but seems to be a good thing.

Initially wanted the RE71RS in the same size but the price difference between discount tire (your sister concern) and other websites was far too great. Contacted your support team and told them i do not need free shipping or hazard protection unfortunately Gio was adamant you would stick to your price. Not her fault but unnecessary bundling of services is a waste of money. Ordered only because i absolutely need them. Next time onwards i will be looking elsewhere. Regards

I had to buy tires and I ordered a nice set of tires and I was able to pay payments on them which made it easier because a lot of times you don't have all the money up front. Convenient for people that struggle week to week paychecks.
