The tires were delivered on time. The installer was angry that tire rack tires are delivered without anyone at the store signing for the items. He appeared angry with me that I had scheduled online and was informed that I should call the store next time. I will never again use tirerack again given this disconnect resulted in an unpleasant experience for me.
