I ordered 4 Nitto Terra Grapplers. The shipment came from 2 different locations but they said they would all be delivered the same day. The scheduled delivery day came, no tires. The next day 3 tires arrived but no 4th tire. The following day came and still no 4th tire until about 8:45 pm. I understand that it was no fault of Tire Rack and it was the shipping services. My complaint is that a better shipping service should be used. I received 3 tires from FedEx and 1 tire from UPS. They both were late but UPS is just horrible. I discovered that the 4th tire was sitting at my local UPS location from 2:00 am until 8:30 pm when they finally loaded it on the truck. I think they forgot about it as it arrived 15 minutes later. There was no reason it should not have been delivered sooner. My local UPS facility is a no counter facility and there is no way to contact them. You have to go through their main office customer service and they can't give you any information other than were it is. I had an appointment to have my tires installed at 8:00 am the following day but I cancelled because I didn't receive all of my tires in time. If I would have known I would receive my 4th tire at 8:45 pm the night before I wouldn't have cancelled. Once again, great tires, but shipping needs work. Even though I had issues, I will definitely do business with Tire Rack again! They were gracious enough to make things right with me and they gave me a gift certificate for the trouble. Excellent customer service! That says a lot in my book! Thank you!

I've ordered about a dozen tires from tire rack for 3 different vehicles and everytime the ordering process was simple and easy to understand. Shipping was quick, usually coming sooner than predicted. I won't look anywhere else for tires.

Went to have tires rotated at Tires Plus. One tire had a slow leak from a sidewall nail and was covered by Tire Rack. Contacted claims and resolved the issue quickly to order a replacement tire. Great service.

In the past, I've had access to a wide selection of tires, quick delivery, and company even stood by a defective product with no hassles. That's why I keep coming back.

Second time purchasing through tire rack, both times have been a breeze. Quality products and good prices. I'm excited for my next wheels- should be delivered in about a week and I'll come back to update!

I look to Tire Rack first, then call around to see about a better deal. Even when you add in the dealer fees (dismounting, balancing and discard) I find that Tire Rack is less expensive. Plus they have a wide range of tires from less expensive brands up to top tier rubber for you to choose from.

I can't think of a time I have ever had a bad experience in all my usage of tire rack whether it's drivel of tire or honoring the road hazard. Never been a problem

I most recently bought 4 Yokohama tires in 2024 to replace the on our 2016 Ford Explore. Competitive price and fast delivery. My first experience with Tire Rack as a purchase of a complete set of wheels and tires for my 2009 GMC Sierra 2500. I choose to pick them up at the local warehouse in Denver rather than wait for delivery. They fit perfectly and looked great!

I've never been let down in any of my orders. Delivery is always prompt. Customer service is always helpful (if needed). I just love Tire Rack for all of my vehicle tire needs and some of the extras also!

I have been a loyal customer for years and can forgive TR for this small glitch. I saved the order to my profile and reentered the site.

I could not figure out how to filter to only see all weather tires. I picked an option from the filter menu, but the summer tires still showed up. Also in the cart it was not obvious how to delete an item. I figured it out but it was frustrating not to have an option to remove an item.
