I have used Tire Rack for all my tire purchases for many years. Their service and recommendations have always been good.

This is first time buying tires on line and for the most part sight unseen (except for picture),And they look to be a decent tire. The review I read said they were a good all weather tire. Have not had them long enough to tell.

The process was Quick, easy and helpful. I've used Tire Rack before and received good products and service. Prices were reasonable when compared to other sites.

Destroyed the paint on my wheels, incorrectly installed the offset wheels on my vehicle, just absolutely horrid experience.

Atlantic tire received the tires on Wednesday and I dropped the vehicle off Wednesday night. At 5 PM on Friday I received a call that my vehicle would not be done until Monday, which was really a bummer as my wife and son were on their way in from Chicago so we could all drive to New York. Apparently the shop had trouble getting the Lugnuts off and couldn't find any (standard Chevy/ford 14/1.5) lugnuts. I had to go purchase my own Lug nuts and bring them to the shop. I don't understand this as I just had a flat repair two weeks ago at a curbside shop in Baltimore (shout-out to Havens tires, you the real hero's) and they had no problem swapping the tire in 15 minutes. When I went to pay for the vehicle, Atlantic tire told me they were charging me $340 including an extra hour of labor to try to get my Lugnuts off. I had spoken with the owner for over 30 minutes that previous Saturday morning and nobody mentioned anything about charging extra labor. The total for the tire mounting and balancing was gonna be $340. I finally got them to takeoff the hour of labor but even with that the price for the installation was $240, Normally $100-$120 at any reputable shop. When they finally called me they told me the vehicle was ready I explained that my wife and son will be there in five minutes to pick it up and they had to take a cab from the hospital. Well my wife got there and they had accidentally put the front wheels on the rear and there were wheels on the front as they're different sizes and told them it would be 30 to 40 more minutes. My son had another appointment at the hospital so they couldn't wait and had to come back later in the day and pick up the vehicle. When I explained this to the owner Ralph his response was, "well we could of just not said anything, let you drive out of here and you could figure it out". Save your money and your mental health and go anywhere else, by far the worst experience I've ever had at a tire shop.

Cam & Molly & Daniel were all excellent customer representatives for Tire Rack. They should get a comp'ed lunch as a token of appreciation for going over and above the customers expectations…

A little confusing at first but I was able to manage OK. I guess we shall know as of tomorrow when the tires are delivered to my installer in Malden, MA?
