Great! Always easy and a good simple shopping experience. Lots of information available and easy to compare products.
The major problem is I live in a bad neighborhood. Fed Ex just drops the tires in the middle of the street. No knock on the door or signature requested. I was so lucky it wasn't stolen. They should have at least left the, in the back of my house so cars driving by could not see them and easily steal them.
I've purchased tires from Tire Rack a few times and have had no issues at all. I like the straightforward pricing, clear communication and fast shipping. I'll continue being a customer.
