Tire Rack makes it very easy to shop for what I need. The only thing I wish they provided was a tire calculator or an easier way to purchase non standard tire sizes and still get a close ratio to stock.

Got my replacement tire ordered. Needed it delivered to address I am at, but when I edited that it also changed my billing address. So I had to fix that. Glad I caught it. While initially confusing it seems the warranty has been covered and a check is being sent. Very frustrated that the name brand tire has had an internal failure, and I am told the check is in th email. Not 100% clear on if complete repalacement and mounting will be covered, but glad it is behind me.

Looked at Tirerack's comparison chart, chose the top tires i was interested in and then got prices. Delivery and service at Discount Tires for installation was excellent. Tire hazard insurance allows me to go to any tire service dealer for repairs and not constrained to any brand name stores for that service. I got the best tires at the lowest price.

I ordered my tires on a Friday, early afternoon and they were delivered Saturday mid-morning. The ETA was Monday so it was a pleasant surprise. The other thing I like about Tirerack is the true, 100% free shipping. I had the tires delivered to me and not an installer. On a competitor's website, they advertise free shipping but upon checkout, the cart was showing a $4.99 per tire Handling Fee since the shipping address was not one of their installers. Times are tough and I can still do something with an extra $20.
