I love Tire Rack. I've been buying from them since the 90's

Very easy from beginning to end. I purchased a 4.5 Star rated runflats delivered for $400 CHEAPER than all other deals.

Decision guide and overall review super helpful. The only category missing was actual treadwear, but I understand that this would require long-term testing.

I received my mounted wheels and tires only 4 days after the order was placed. I was able to install them myself before the big storm hit. I ordered the sensor activation tools, which was easy to set up,although the tool needed the battery tabs adjusted due to shipping. Very good experience.

Tire Rack verified with me that the uncommon size I ordered was correct, then expedited the delivery.
Additionally, they were very receptive when I asked for an immediate return since my vehicle was struck by a deer and totaled.
I am awaiting UPS to pick up the tires for a full refund, minus 1/2 cost for shipping.
Company is very understanding regarding the return, especially since I didn't even get to mount the tires.

We again had a wonderful experience with our tire replacement. We had an issue with one of our barely one year old tires, and were able to file a claim, purchase a replacement, and have it delivered and installed all within a few days. Thanks so much for the great service and experience!

This business lied to me about warranty coverage and when I brought to their attention I was told I made up a story and never spoke with customer service because they had no record of the conversation. Some how their customer service is allowed to tell me one thing and as I am not an expert nor know the rules like you would expect a business to provide with customer service I get misled and think I will be reimbursed because this company told me I would be. And it's not their problem! Please deal with someone else because a big company shouldn't be allowed to treat customer this way!
