I'm happy with my local Discount Tire. When I tried to order tires for my car, it didn't have the size so they recommended me to order from TireRack.com. I did. When I found out that Costco has the same tires and discount coupon and cheaper prices, I called TireRack asking for matching price and discount coupon. They said they don't price match and coupon! They told me Discount Tire can do price match and coupon, not them. They are NOT the same company! It's like a scam to me when it said "Tire Rack and Discount Tire are now one family". The return shipping charge is $190 if I cancel the order.
Needless to say, this is THE LAST TIME I order from this company.
My first choice in tires was out of stock and I would've had to wait weeks to get them. My second choice was still a great set of tires and was the best price around. They shipped them directly to the shop that I was having install them and the whole process was easy as pie.

Great Selection. Reasonable prices. After reciving an order confirmation there was an issue processing the credit card payment. I recived a call from a lovely TireRack representative who was able to clear up the matter, however, it did delay the delivery of my tire. Otherwise, Five Star Company!
