I like how easy the site is to navigate. I used the compare feature + Tire Rack's expert review before choosing my tire. Some of the tires didn't have complete information (Nexen, IIRC).

One thing to possibly add, the ability to see how different sizes affect overall diameter. I'd like the ability to enter my wheel size information to see how different tire sizes affect overall diameter so that I can determine fitment.

Experience it was fine but I didn't get a discount on the second set a tires.

Absolutely thrilled to find this product. I ordered the wrong sized tires because I took the size off the previous tires which as it turns, were the wrong sized. A customer service rep, Jim Holloman, contacted me and as a result, the right tires were ordered and actually saved me some money. What a great company. Real customer service!

I liked everything about my experience with Tire Rack with one exception. The only problem I had was being informed that my tires would be delayed a day. It appeared that FEDEX and Tire Rack knew my tires were going to be a day late around 1200 the day the tires were supposed to arrive. I was okay with that. Stuff happens. My problem is that I had shipped them to an installer and had an appointment based on the delivery date. Again, I could have dealt with the delay, however, FEDEX/Tire Rack didn't send me a text about the delay till after 9 PM of the day they were supposed to be delivered, informing me they wouldn't make it till the next day. So now I have an appointment for the next morning and no tires and no way to contact the installer at 9:30 PM. As you can tell, I had a problem with that.

I was looking for a quality snow tire and the Firestones that TireRack had in stock were highly rated, studable, AND doubled as an all season touring tire. The price I found them for at TireRack was considerably lower than other major brand touring tires that were not rated for the snow. The value was compounded by the high ratings. I will shop TireRack again!

I love you guys but you could have better pricing.
