A friend who works at a AAA Tire & Service Center told us what tires to buy. I was able to find the tires I was looking for. The order process was quick & easy. The tires arrived on the promised delivery day. My Granddaughter took them to AAA where the tires were installed & aligned. She immediately left to visit more of her family in another state.

Insufficient labeling of the side of car to install tires - ie, Passenger vs Driver's

I'm happy with my local Discount Tire. When I tried to order tires for my car, it didn't have the size so they recommended me to order from TireRack.com. I did. When I found out that Costco has the same tires and discount coupon and cheaper prices, I called TireRack asking for matching price and discount coupon. They said they don't price match and coupon! They told me Discount Tire can do price match and coupon, not them. They are NOT the same company! It's like a scam to me when it said "Tire Rack and Discount Tire are now one family". The return shipping charge is $190 if I cancel the order.
Needless to say, this is THE LAST TIME I order from this company.

My first choice in tires was out of stock and I would've had to wait weeks to get them. My second choice was still a great set of tires and was the best price around. They shipped them directly to the shop that I was having install them and the whole process was easy as pie.
