I liked everything about my experience with Tire Rack with one exception. The only problem I had was being informed that my tires would be delayed a day. It appeared that FEDEX and Tire Rack knew my tires were going to be a day late around 1200 the day the tires were supposed to arrive. I was okay with that. Stuff happens. My problem is that I had shipped them to an installer and had an appointment based on the delivery date. Again, I could have dealt with the delay, however, FEDEX/Tire Rack didn't send me a text about the delay till after 9 PM of the day they were supposed to be delivered, informing me they wouldn't make it till the next day. So now I have an appointment for the next morning and no tires and no way to contact the installer at 9:30 PM. As you can tell, I had a problem with that.

I was looking for a quality snow tire and the Firestones that TireRack had in stock were highly rated, studable, AND doubled as an all season touring tire. The price I found them for at TireRack was considerably lower than other major brand touring tires that were not rated for the snow. The value was compounded by the high ratings. I will shop TireRack again!

I love you guys but you could have better pricing.

I liked being able to see the reviews of the products and the installers. And I was able to set my appoint for install for this week, however, the store I used for install did not know I had made an Appt. They worked with me and I was able to get the tires put on the day I needed.

Tires were easily found on the website and priced just right.

Not really too bad but obviously the price could be better.

3rd time buying a set of wheels/tires, still happy about tire rack. Each time has been an easy process and the staff is proactive about making sure you are getting what you want and making sure your choice will work. I have not experienced any negative problems.
