Pricing was good and delivery was excellent but had issue with installer pricing. Mr. Tire apparently isn't on board with the pricing that's promised on the Tire Rack web site. They eventually agreed to the price after I argued with them and showed them the pricing and guaranteed "price pledge" from the site. I would recommend that Tire Rack ensures that their recommended installers are aware of the pricing and firmly agree with it so the customer doesn't have to encounter this problem.
Pricing was good and overall customer service was good. Only problem I encountered was the system used my old address on my Continental data base rather than my address I had on file in the Tire Rack web site, which caused my credit card to be initially rejected. It should have been a simple process to just resubmit the order with the correct address, which was eventually done but only after the first customer service representative insisted I needed to have Continental update my address in their database. Unfortunately, I tried to get Continental to update my address but got no response from them after leaving multiple voice messages. I feel this unnecessarily slowed down the process and caused more time on my part.
It was very easy to navigate the website and I like that they helped me choose what tires were best for my car.

Great experience, including customer service. I wish the recommend installer use call me that they had received the items at the store. I had to give them a call the next day to ensure that had items. Tire Rack should received a receipt that the installer had received the items and advise the installer to contact the customers once the items had arrive.

Answer: Very easy BUT THEY CANNOT HELP YOU OR DO ANYTHING BUT MAKE YOU WAIT, and they will not get back to you even after multiple calls.
