I've bought from Tire Rack several times now. I appreciate the easy to navigate and excellent information on tires, particularly the Tire Rack evaluations and comparisons. It's also extremely convenient to be able to have them drop shipped directly to a local installer.
Easy to use site. I was very impressed when, very shortly after placing my order, a Tire Rack representative called to review my order and application. Though my replacement tire size was a factory option, it wasn't shown as available for my car. But, with a brief discussion and some confirmation photos, all was addressed. Drop shipping to my local Discount Tire store for installation was also very convenient.
Received wheels in a timely manner. If I had to complain I would say this is the second time I've ordered black wheels from Tire Rack and received chrome lug nuts rather than black. Also, I unknowingly purchased wheels that feature dual valve stems- a shock to me when I opened the boxes. It would've been cool to get a heads-up on that. I received option to buy 4 valve stems, but no mention of the other 4 gapi g valve stems.
