Bought a set of 4 tires for a VW Jetta from Tirerack.com specifically for the warranty (2 year road hazard, included with purchase). After 1 year, I had a tire fail from a pothole and had it replaced under warranty. 2 months later, a second tire failed and the warranty was refused by tirerack.com saying that I didn't obtain authorization even though I purchased the replacement tire from them at double the original cost from my first purchase.
If they weren't going to warranty the tire, I would have bought a cheaper replacement locally and not waited 4 days for the replacement to be delivered.
The website is easy to navigate and prices are good- my car has two different sizes. A representative emailed and called me to ensure there was no user error. I appreciated the follow through and help in making sure the delivery was completed.

I love the 2 year warranty for free Road Hazard Assistance! And my tires are HALF PRICE compared to the store cost! With a 60,000 mile manufacturers warranty! The tires are EXACTLY what I was searching for and they are going to arrive in just THREE working days! This is better than Christmas! I was having a VERY difficult time finding my less popular tire size & type along with an affordable price & good warranty. In my home town, no store kept them in stock so they had to be ordered. That"s when I started looking online myself, called my tire shop of 32 years, ran what I found by him & he said "order them Tina I can't get them at that cost, then bring them on in & we'll install them". So excited to see these beauties on my beautiful car! Thank you Tire Rack!
