In my previous Tire Rack purchase, the installer claimed they had difficulty identifying the shipment in their inventory because my info wasn't well marked on the delivery. They blamed Tire Rack shipping for this.

I received my tires quickly. They arrived as expected. I ended up needing the free 2 year Hazzard coverage. Due to a nail in the side wall. I put the claim in sent some pictures and they shipped me a replacement tire. Very simple process. Customer for life now!
