I like the features of the website that allow me to compare tires easily and get them delivered to a destination that works for me.

Customer service was excellent, brought tires one because in was time and two the price was very competitive. It has not snowed yet here in Ohio but that will be the true test on handling.

Every time I get what I need and matching the car makes things so easy. I start with Tire Rack to look. If they have what I want my search ends here.

Lots of selection to choose from and the website is design well to assist the choose the best product(s) a buyer needs for their vehicle. Accurate information and better than main stream websites such as Amazon, Ebay, Discount Tires, etc. Tire Rake is a very dependable and resourceful company.

Have had a few needs for road hazard warranty. The process is a little tricky because warranty goes through a separate website, but they take care of it.

I'm picky about tires, and the information on the site is excellent for research and comparison across many brands. Additionally the prices are good, especially when buying a wheel and tire package as the mounting and balancing are free.

Technician was great. But one of the pressure sensor valves he failed to replace. Stating that he could not get it out. Recommended calling in to reschedule valve sensor replacement.

Tire Rack doesn't price match - America's Tire will price match, but then adds warranty. I was told that they were affiliated with Tire Rack so this doesn't make sense.

I always use tirerack to buy my tires. They have great prices and make it simple to find the tires I need. I like being able to see reviews from other people and their experience with a certain tire.

Had to order a replacement tire due to a road hazard damage and it was less than two minutes of work, entering the data and getting the app approval. This is the way warranty should work.

Had no trouble finding good tires, made by a good manufacturer, for a great price. Add free shipping, and the free road hazard warranty, and you can't beat it.
