My first purchase was set of winter wheels and tires when we moved to Michigan several years ago and the installer commented on how well-packaged and well-prepared they were. Since then I've purchased replacement HID bulbs; one was damaged but it only took a single phone call to get a replacement shipped. I've never heard anyone complain about the company or its service.

I have always had good experience with Tirerack! They are the best.

Prices and options seem competitive. I'm hoping the scheduled install goes as smoothly.
Update: The install process was fine except the tires are scuffed up on the sidewalls. I'm not sure if that happened during the install or the shipping.

The search filters and reviews/ratings help immensely when looking for a great performing tire. You don't get this at the "Big Box" Tire shops. One just gets the "How much do you want spend? Question". I've put Continental ExtremeContact (previous to that was the PureContact) tires on my sporty sedan for 12years now. They do not disappoint. Great price from TireRack with reasonable installation at a local shop makes this a great way to buy tires. The local shop should include lifetime balancing and rotation also, which is important. Just be sure to ask and confirm that.
