I purchased a new wheel and tire package in May 2024, and the process couldn't have been easier. I went up an inch in wheel diameter, so Tire Rack showed me available options in that size as well as tires based on the recommended size. Shipping to my preferred installer was fast (and free), and now I'm eagerly awaiting a set of winter tires!

Scammed me on the wrong lug nuts for wheels i purchased through them. Destroyed my wheels lug seat. They scammed me for $1400+. PURE SCAM ARTIST COMAPNY! Gave me a $300 giftcard. Thats one of the tires i purchased cost. Horse $#*!. They owe me big time.

Need to do a better job with delivery estimates, last time ordered, there were issues with my product at the warehouse, I get not everything is always smooth, however, having issues that are yours while holding thousands if dollars that mine, is not a solid business practice. Get your stuff squared away before you I pay for a Friday delivery that doesn't occur.
