The website was easy to search for what we were looking for in the process range we were looking for. They were delivered on the date we were told. So far we are happy with tires.

No automatic followup by the company. Waited a week and UPS did not deliver and again no notice that part of the order was missing. Very unusual for a company I love dealing with.

I needed tires for my 1984 Corvette. 255/50RZR16 are speciality tire. Tire Rack had the Michelins I needed. I ordered them and they were at the tire company in a short few days. They look great and ride superbly. Very satisfied

Always a great experience, love Tire Rack and the way you can compare all tires in all catogories. I always advise friends and family to shop at Tire Rack, especially if they want to compare. Also fantastic that Discount Tire recognizes they are pretty much one and the same and that they honor the $100 installation fee even if you wait for a bit to install the tires. Second time this year I am ordering a set of 4 tires for one of our cars. Overall, just a great place to shop for tires, just don't ever change!

I got a flat with my previous set purchased from TR and used their recommended installer. Never once did it say to take a bunch of pictures of the tires due to damage prior to replacement. It just said buy, have them mounted and show receipt. The receipt failed to mention the sidewalk damage so I guess I'm SOL on the road hazard covering anything.

I ordered a set of Bridgestones for our van and what was delivered was unacceptable. The tires were manufactured in 2023 and appeared hard and possibly exposed to sunlight for a long period of time (one tire appeared gray in color). After discussing it with our technician we decided to return the tires. I started an online chat and this was not a good experience. The shipping fee was immediately brought up which we planned on purchasing another set of 4 immediately from Tire Rack (which we did). We have worked with TR multiple times but we can take our business elsewhere if you're not interested.

One of last purchases was Michelin A/S 3+ tires for GTI. Tires are better for summer but not as grippy as Conti's in the cold. Watch for shops that add unnecessary charges. America's Tires is friendly and stand by their work.
