I was contacted by tire rack saying the bank denied the transaction and I was told to co tact the back to approve the purchase.ai had spoken with 3 people at the bank...with a fraud expert being on the line.Bank definately told me that they cannot see tire rack order,and if they should have reloaded the order for the money to be withdrawn.
