This is my second time ordering from Tire Rack, and while the product and service from Tire Rack itself have been great, my first experience with one of their recommended installers, Mr. Tire in Brick, NJ, was terrible. When I arrived, they tried to charge me more for installation than the price listed on Tire Rack's website and refused to honor a 10% off coupon for an oil change they had advertised.

When I told the staff I would just take the tires with me instead, the manager refused to release them. Frustrated, I left the tires there and walked away from the situation.

Afterward, I called Tire Rack's customer service line and spoke with Megan. She was fantastic—very empathetic and professional. Megan apologized for my experience, offered to ship the tires to another location, or start the return process immediately. I decided to return the tires, and the return was processed with zero hassle, completed in less than a day. I asked Megan if reordering the same tires later would be a problem or if I'd be charged for the return. She reassured me it wouldn't be an issue and truly listened to my story. Her customer service was top-notch, and I felt heard and valued.

Now I've just completed my reorder through Tire Rack's website. The process was seamless—it remembered my car and helped me find the same tires I ordered before. I've shipped them to a different installer this time, and they should arrive in two days. So far, so good!

Thanks to Tire Rack for standing behind your customers and making the process easy when things didn't go as planned. Highly recommend the company—just be careful about which installer you choose.

Now if your warranty claims was that easy. I need help as I keep getting kicked out of the platform. Then you said email photos/receipts/etc. And then you said you couldn't read them and I'd have to use the platform. Again. UGH.2 outstanding claims. Both tires bulged. One blew out and our son is in LA so not safe.

I bought new tires for my car at the end of August less than 4 months later I run over a nail and it can't be repaired. No problem! Just file a claim and provide the required paperwork and the check's in the mail!

Have purchased winter wheel and tire packages, single tire and wheel replacements after accident, tires to be delivered to local shop - always good.
