I thought Discount tire and Tire Rack would be a seamless operation. Had 4 Tire Rack tires installed at Disc tire on 5 Dec. They of course pushed buying their 3 yr tire certs on top of Tire Racks 2 yr Road haz warranty but I thought the tire rack one was good enough. On 7 or 8Dec I got a nail in one tire. Tried to have it repaired at Disc tire. They said it was unrepairable. Now instead of having a decent process to use the road hazard warranty at disc tire, they would only put on the spare tire and said I have to go thru the claim process at tire rack to figure out a new tire. Then I have to buy a new tire pay for another installation at disc tire and hope I get reimbursed.
