One of the tires were off and it caused an uncomfortable shaking under my driver's seat. I didn't realize what the problem was until after I sold my car. Not very happy about tirerack causing me to sell a car that should've kept all because the balancing was off on the tires I paid to have balanced correctly. Other than that everything else was good and giving them another chance.

Prices have gone up, but that's due to a moron imposing tariffs, and not any one company. Tirerack's service is always fast, easy and and it honors its guarantees, so I am happy!

When searching for a specific model my search results came back with like vehicles with different part which lead to a bit of confusion due to how Tire Rack displays it's search results. Example, I was looking up brake parts for a 2015 Audi A6 3.0t Prestige but also recieved search results back for the A6 2.0t and the 3.0 tdi which have different parts in which it would have been easy for me to accidentally order the wrong parts.

Bought continental tires and have replaced them under road hazard multiple times and each tire has been nothing but junk, loosing tread in 8-12 months

We've been buying tires from Tire Rack for over 10 years. The tires are always good and last as expected, and their warranty is awesome! Every time we've had a tire issue, they've sent a replacement under warranty.

For some reason my tire was shipped across the country to an incorrect location and had to be reordered. It wasn't a big deal only delayed install.
