It took me all weekend to finally get this order processed. Attempted from several phones and PCs on different WiFi and networks. Even tried to call and got left on hold waiting for a sales rep two separate times. My brother orders from you for his business regularly. I have ordered in the past with no issue but this experience was aggravating to say the least. Finally my order has processed and I only hope it arrives on time. Not sure if it's a website issue or just high volume in the new year but I pray I don't need to go through this again. Thank you and happy new year.

I have used Tire Rack in the past with no issues with tires etc. However my most recent order first had an issue with a tire upon delivery before it was installed and customer service was great and sent me a replacement quickly. I now have another issue after 4 months of use and they again have helped greatly providing information to get a replacement tire again quickly. Love Tire Rack!
