Able to see a variety of options and make the best selection at the best price available. Scheduling place and time of install in the same can't beat this.
TireRack provides a good online shopping experience. My only frustration was the popup banner/window at the bottom of the page for comparisons that took up too much of the page. I'd like to have the ability to shrink that banner/window. Minor issue, just an annoyance. Otherwise, good experience. I bought the tires I wanted at a good price, and quick delivery.
