No human interaction, literally about as special an experience as ordering anything on the internet

This will be my second time using these fallen tires. Very good tire wear low noise and road force balance was very low. It is a great deal

I could not use my iPad to place my order, I got HTTP error which indicated a client site issue. After clearing my cache, restarting my table, it still failed. I had to use my MacBook to place my order.

I asked to have the same date code sent many times over. The sales person said they do not have any control over what the warehouse shipped out. If I'm buying a set of four tires, I would like them all to be the same date code. I ordered a set a tires and had three different date codes. The warehouse needs to pay attention to what they're sending out to the customers. It might not matter to some people, but it will matter to a lot of people. And I am one of those people.

I'm very glad you sell "old" tires like you do, you had exactly what I needed at a fantastic price. But I was only able to find that option through a third-party search engine, not through the tirerack website.

I appreciate the competitive prices along with the visualizer to see what new wheels will look like on my car. Combine this with an interface that tells the purchaser what will and won't fit along with warning notes to required modifications (if required) and this is a no brainer.

Spent a lot of time investigating tires for my VW Golf. Driving in Michigan so I was looking for something that could handle all kinds of weather conditions. Tire Rack had a good range of tires and the tire tests were really useful in making my choice. The tires arrived at the installer (Discount Tire) within a couple of days. So far so good, feel very sound on Michigan's dodgy roads.
