I have been using tire rack for 20 years and never had a problem.
I have ordered a number of tires from TIRE RACK and have had only one really poor experience. But it was not due to tire rack failure. The Continental tires that I had ordered lost CHUNKS! Or rubber after one track day and continental offered only 50% on a new set. TIRE RACK graciously offered to pick up a portion of the cost for the replacement tires and I ordered Michelins. I will never order Continental tires again.
