The site offers a ton of reviews on products they sell. The reviews come both from their staff and also their customers who are usually auto enthusiasts (meaning they know more than the average buyer). The support staff is always helpful and able to make suggestions and recommendations and they do know their stuff in regards to specialty tires.

I'm at a certain age where I will pay a little more for better service. Thats why I usually go to Costco. Basically now with Costco you order online or in the store but schedule online or in the store for installation at a later date. It's the same process here but much cheaper. So I went with the cheaper option with no surprises.

This is the third or fourth time I have bought tires from Tire Rack and had them delivered to a local shop to be installed. Even the shop said they couldn't compete with the price that TireRack offers. When I had questions, I used the chat feature and it is simply awesome. Customer for life.

Unlike my multiple previous experiences with the site, this time around the ordering process was terrible. The site hanged at the point of "Continue to payment information" multiple times. I had to login from different browsers and even change password. Very unusual and disappointing.

I always got my tires from tire rack for my Subaru and now will get my snow tires for my toyota. Today I esp like the fact that I could get them delivered to a local tire place and them put the tires on instead of the dealer, who will charge me more and is further away from my home

Tire rack website is easy to use and find the tire and product needed for my vehicle. Tire installers near my home are easily found during the checkout process and the Tire Rack website displays an estimated installation cost, so I know what to expect.

The first set of tires I got didn't work as well as expected so I am exchanging for another within the same brand. The process is easier than expected so far. Very customer focused group.

The website is great and customer service was very helpful, I only had to wait on hold for 5-10 mins. Prices are very competitive. My only complaint is that the website doesn't allow much freedom when choosing wheel/tire sizes for your car. For example, I wanted wheels with +35 offset, but the site wouldn't allow me to add wheels with that offset to my cart since they "didn't fit my vehicle," although many people use that offset with no problems. They also didn't have that particular wheel in stock, so I had to order the wheels elsewhere or I would be waiting 1-2 months. Overall, though, it was an easy experience and I would use Tirerack.com again.
