It took me about a dozen times trying to place his order. Multiple problems on every screen. Basically, you UI is just plain broken. I've been ordering tires from you for many years and it was always easy and trouble free before. Something changed and it's a frustrating experience. THe UI kept moving in circles, I had to re-key everything multiple times, the order total was off by a factor of two in one go-round. Just a nightmare of bad Web UI. Please clean up this cluster$#*!.

Hit a pothole after driving tires for 3 weeks. Blew out tire.
Three weeks after buying a new set of tires and rims I hit an object in the road which punctured the sidewall. Thanks to their road-hazard coverage, I have another tire on the way. Even though it only covers the cost of the tire itself, it's a whole lot better than total loss. Claim process is fairly easy.
