I enjoyed being able to pay payments on tires. Especially because my husband has to have the most expensive tire on such a great truck.

Took a rare car to performance alignment and they destroyed 2 rims that were hard to replace. It took me 6 weeks to get my wheels back and tire rack could of helped in a greater manner. I am giving a second chance since I have been doing business with tire rack since 1996.

Best website to ever exists. You know your tires are brand new, don't have to worry about being ripped off. It's so convenient.

This is the 3rd time I've thought I placed an order but the order never went through so I'm sitting around waiting and the confirmation wasn't even completed. I believe online when ordering the same questions are being asked over and over to the point where you think you've answered and ordered just to find out the cart is still full with your order.

Excellent service, a rep helped me pick a larger sized tire order, staggered, for my MR2 (Which has rolled fenders). They came in, perfect fit, shape, no marks, and two years later still drive great!

Tires came very quickly and were just as described good price also. I do my own mounting and balancing the only thing that sucks is used tire disposal costs about $5 a tire but that's not Tire rack fault.

Easy to order and pick an installer. Would have liked a bit more clarification on the details when comparing tires side-by-side, however.

Paid for last order w/ paypal account w/ work email address, and my entire order history was lost to the void, apparently re-assigned to the non-existent account associated with the email address on the paypal account, which was NOT the account/email address I placed the order from nor do I actually use for anything (except paypal).

So many tires rated on so many categories. Much easier to compare here than to go to dozens of sites to get information on the right tire for you. Prices are very competitive so I compare and then buy.
