Order was placed and got confirming e-mail that tires were shipped via On Trac. Impossible to track as On Trac claimed the tires had not been received. Three days of calls with Tire Rack customer service trying to remedy. Finally another shipment was sent from 2 different warehouses overnight. Within hours the original order was delivered at 10:00 p.m. Now I have to reject delivery of the second shipment. This was a problem with On Trac as their customer service phone could not be reached and their on-line tracking was never updated.The Tire Rack folks were all nice and trying their best to help. Even tracking the second order through On Trac still indicates the tires have not been received from the seller 24 hours after shipping.

This time, I ordered for the hazard claim replacement. Customer service c/o chat is efficient and able to answer all my questions. Claim pre-approval is quick. Instructions & steps is easy to follow. Tire Rack is my go to place!

The website is easy to navigate and find information about various tire options and sizes. I also like the ability to see test data and customer feedback for tires.

Delivery was extremely fast. Tires were in stock and delivery started same day o placed the order.

Sometimes you have to tweak things, if they say they don't want you to purchase a certain tire. That's the only frustrating thing, (even Grok says the tire you want is perfectly fine - and even preferred - for your make/model/year). Aside from those few instances, ordering is made easy because they narrow your ability to purchase to their own recommendations/safety guidelines.

I replaced all 4 tires in 2024, and after getting 3 nails in a rear tire in 2025, they're reimbursing the full cost of the tire to help get it replaced and on the road. Love Tire Rack!

Reasonably well comparisons of appropriate tires. At times had to search further for some brands such as All season tires also Mountain Snowflake rated versus just winter tires

Definitely a disconnect when choosing a local recommended Tire Rack installer to install low profile, large diameter, high-performance tires to those shops that could actually install the tires. Multiple times I have had tires deliverd to a shop and that shop could not install the tires. Getting the tires to shop that can handle the install was a total nightmare.

Tires purchased for a previous vehicle made such an amazing improvement in how the car handled, I had to come back for new tires for the new car!
