It took something like 3 months the one time I filed a claim for a road hazard warranty and I could only claim 3 of the 4 damaged tires. Whatever you do, don't let the tires out of your possession until you have been reimbursed NO MATTER what the claims rep instructs you to do. They will change the rules on you as soon as they get the upper hand.
