I had a really hard time buying two tires yesterday online. Your representative, that I talked over the phone with, was not helpful. Your software kept making me sign into Fedex creating a new account etc...not fun! I lost the two tires in the sale also. My basket got emptied, maybe by non payment! I told the agent all I wanted to do was pay for the two Michelin used snow tires. Oh hum. I bought two different ones the next day when I was able to proceed through payment. Thanks. It took place on Saturday.
Easy to navigate website, fast shipping, and great prices
When I clicked on the tires shown on your web site that I wanted to purchase it said the page was not available. I assumed the tires were sold. I think they should have been removed from the web site once they were no longer available. I was disappointed that I had to choose another product. Anyways...I will be putting the tires on today. I hope they will perform well without defects.
