I took the tire to American Tire co to be installed. However, they don't want to take a responsibility of the driver's safety to install that tire. So I don't want to risk anything and order new tire from Amazon.
On their website, there is a explanation of Repairing with a "patch/plug" is the only RMA (Rubber Manufacturers Association) approved way to repair a tire. I don't know how the result looks like until I received it. There is a patch in the tire. So I suggest it will be nice if they can post photos of the selling tires showing how the result of patch/plug" method looks like, then let buyers decide to buy it or not rather than confusion caused after receiving the tires.
By the way, their customer service-Melinda is very nice to respond my e-mails even nothing she can do..

The quality of the tires are exactly as described in my order.
I've previously ordered tires through "besttires.com", the tire installation company found an issue with 1 of the tires. I called best tires.com immediately they rushed a replacement tire to me overnight. I am very satisfied with the quality and the great customer service.

One of my tires leaks! Worst case scenario your testing probably isn't keeping pressure on tires long enough to catch slow leaks I suggest you talk to your workers about this problem this is the second time I have received a slow leak tire from you.
