Mother in law needed a set of tires in a size that is hard to find around here. Went to this site and got a pair in good shape for less than the price on one tire new. This is my second order here and will return again.
Not happy that the tires aren't checked before they are placed on the website. Not comfortable making a decision on an alternate. Tires arrived faster than expected and I was very pleased. Not completely sure of the value paid versus the amount of tread on the tires.
Most importantly, the actual buying process is quick and intuitive. Only real area for improvement on the front-end is more form than function. I think a more modern layout would differentiate your site from competitors and increase conversions. I can mock up something if you'd like to see a visual.
