You displayed the LT 245/75 R 16 size in the photos. But, you hid the fact that this tire is indeed a PASSENGER CAR 2-PLY LOAD RANGE C TIRE. Before I purchased the tire I e-mailed a question about the tire asking the status of the load rating, the response you sent back was that "no additional information about the tire would be given beyond the listing and accompanying photos. Therefore, I am now "stuck with " a passenger car tire, when I needed a 10-ply load rating E tire. I guess your new policy is l "buyer beware".

As a returning customer, your website would not accept my password, so I ordered as a new customer, and got to the checkout process, and at the end I received an error message that my identification was that of a current customer (me), and would not process the order (after 20 minutes). So I went thru the process of asking for a new password, and after receiving it, had to work my way through the website to checkout out again. After another 20 minutes, I found that the exact same tires I ordered on the first failed attempt had been raised in price from112 for two to about142 for the same two.
I ordered those, but feel the website is programmed to raise prices for recent activity. That's my take on it.
