Tire was shipped quickly, and was in very good condition. Age of tire was outside range that local installers would handle. Customer service arranged for quick refund. I'm very satisfied with customer service and would not hesitate to order again...if able to confirm manufacture date prior to shipping.
I truly hope you guys are legitimate. That's what I said to bestusedtires.com before I placed my order. But I read all the reviews and saw how folks were saying nothing but good things about them. So I took what I thought was a leap of faith and placed my order. Turns out it was no leap at all because all the good things I read were true.
Two days after I had placed my order, I got a knock on the door and there was my FedEx guy with the tires I had ordered. They were strapped together with those plastic straps. I carried them inside and began my close inspection. They were rated 9-10/32, so I knew they should have good tread. These tires looked like they had barely seen pavement, they were in superb shape.
One of the tires had been patched, but it looked like a first rate job. I went the next day and had them mounted and balanced. FYI, I got 2 tires to replace the two on back. They went on the rims fine and absolutely no leaks. They've been on a few days as of this review and all is well.
This is the first time I had ever ordered tires online, much less used tires. Without hesitation, I will order again from bestusedtires.com when that time comes because it saves money, time and frustration. So relax, find the tires you need and place your order with confidence.
I wrote this somewhat long-winded review because when a company does it right, they deserve the credit and the potential customer can know who they are dealing with.

When I purchased the tires they said "pressure checked" and one came in with a hole in the sidewall. Car wouldn't pass inspection with a donut so I have to go back again after waiting another 4 days for a replacement tire.
One of tje tires had nail in it so I had to get that fixed. Cost me $20 again. This is second time

These 4 tires had a bad wear pattern and one was plugged. I returned them. They originally did not want to take them back but finally agreed. I have not confirmed that I received a refund with my cc company yet. Assuming that my payment is refunded without hassle, then I would consider ordering from them again.
