Although the online shopping experience and delivery was top notch, I did not get what I ordered. Yes, I got the right brand, type, and size of tire I requested but the one I payed for was advertized to have 7-8/32s of tread depth; however, the one I recieved only has 4/32s of tread. My mechanic is worried that due to the size difference in the two tires I now have on one axle that my VSA system is going to start misbehaving and could create some significant problems down the road. I'm willing to work with BestUsedTires.com if they are willing to give me what I ordered and payed for; if not, I recommend to stay far, far away from this business.
