I had hit a curb with my two passenger tires so had to replace them. I was happy to find the 2 tires with tread that nearly matched my 2 good tires. With no more mishaps I'll be able to replace all 4 when the time comes. My serviceman at Discount Tire inquired on how I found you. After I explained, I think he will be a future customer. Thank you!
Fast and easy, however I had to send back the tires I received because one had a hole in it. However customer service promptly addressed the problem and quickly resolved my issue by accepting return shipment of the tires and allowing me to purchase another set of tires that met my needs. I am thoroughly impressed and extremely happy with the service that I received, especially in these times when customer service at many organizations appears to have taken a back seat to profit.
