Non respect, ignoring and extremely slow service. Don't know what does management or CEO think or us aware of this.
Why do you support Israel and not Palestine? You give money to evil Israel and pure Palestine.
Thank you.
Every time we go to Tim Horton Ponty Pool, the service is very poor. We go there everyday as it is in our way to work. There is no leadership in this place, nobody knows what they do, they make us wait while the staff is arguing in the back and at the counter. The staff is without reason very lazy, they does not care about to serve customer, they always do mistake with our simple order. They have no clue of how to serve customers. The toilets are extremely dirty, nobody care to clean or refill with toilet paper. The dirt on floor, doors, toilet are discusting!
This is the worst Tim Horton in Ontario. Very poor management, poor customer service, everything is very poorly managed. Nobody care. To change anything since few years we are going there. Very bad example of a Tim Horton business!
When I went to Tim Horton for dinner at seven o'clock, they just had coffee and didn't have any soup, wraps, or donuts. They are open until 10 o'clock.I experience this normally twice a week. I wanna ask why they are open if they don't have anything to eat. I worked at same location 1year in 2017. In our time we never said to costumer we don't have food.(780 6th street New Westminster BC V3L 3C7)
There is no friendliness at all. Half the time they are paying attention to other coworkers instead of customers. You have to repeat yourself half the time. There is a lineup and they take an order from a customer that just walked in and use that order machine. That is not right. If kent street is going to have that machine hire more staff why should the ones that are stand there in line for 10 or 15 minutes or so have to wait our order is important to
I was #3 in line I waited 22 minutes before getting to window. I had no choice because 5 cars behind me & it's just one lane. Gratiot & French rd detroit, mi. Drive thru person rude as ever. I am not coming to this location ever again
This is the 6th time we have gone thru the drive through...and got home to a completely burnt black bagel. Their employee thought it was a good idea to butter a black burnt bagel, cut it in half and serve it to a customer. Then when you call, they say we would have never done that...when they just did that again. Never going to TH again. Done with them
So disappointed, just been in Tim Horton on Bridgeport Rd, at drive thru, the lady doesn't understand English, the BLT sandwich with only 1 thin sliced and 1 think sliced tomato, with 2 small pieces of lettuce that's my lunch. It is totally different then the picture shown on the wall. Also no greeting, no thank you, what kind of service is that. Won't go n not recommend to friends n family.
I went to 3 different stores in the Kanata area looking for donuts for a team meeting. Waited in line for over 5 minutes, no service. Same for all 3 stores. In one store, the guy was looking right at me and not coming over to server me. I was the only one in the store. None of these stores had any fresh product, the donuts they had looked like they were there for several days.
I have noticed the quality of service and product has declined over the last few years. I have been a Tim Hortons customer for as long as I can remember. But this customer will never set foot in another Tim Hortons store again.
This review is for the Toronto location@ 2245 Yonge Street.
The service here is extremely slow at the best of times; basically the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing.
Management is very lackluster as well.
There is only ONE SUPERVISOR on day shift and she has zero customer service skills! She comes across as very crass to both staff and customers! They had a supervisor on afternoons but she was fired several months back. Don't know why, but she had zero customer service skills as well.
The location 2 blocks north of here only has 2 customer service wickets so the service is extremely slow as well.
Bottom line is that you can expect to be standing in line for a very long time when it is busy!
I was at tim hortans and i got 4 wraps and it took them 10 min i'm very disappointed and i would like to talk to your manger bc he owes me time and money
I want free timbits for a year or i'm calling the cops
We went to latifah tower branch in Sheihk zayed road around 10pm. Rahul (one of your staff) was taking our order. We have informed him our orders. But he punched the wrong order and he keeps telling that it was not his mistake. And he does not want to admit his mistakes. Instead, he address it to the other lady. I guess he needs to have another training. He doesn't know what he is doing. And please tell him to speak clearly in English.
WTF is with people using their cell phones to cut in line... so just cause someone has a cell phone they can make everyone else wait in line by placing an online order? How about putting a time restraint on their orders so they take 5 minutes to process before showing up on PSA?
I am seriously considering going elsewhere for coffee. Maybe even just start making it at home...
It was bad enough that you guys started making sandwiches & slowing down the line. But now this?
The staff are great but this mobile ordering needs a few changes or you are going to lose more than just me as a customer... Whoever thought this was a good idea should be sent back to work in the mailroom...
Most staff are rude, and pushy. Especially drive threw they practically throw the stuff at you.
Feels like a there is a language barrier sometimes, iam speaking English but not being understood.
I always order a xl 3 cream and 2 sugar. 9 times out of 10 they some how mess my order up. Even after they repeat it back to me
The fact that I have to ask for my bagel to be cut is un real plus lol even after I do the bagel comes out uncut smh
I will be switching to a new coffee place and or might just quit drinking coffee altogether
Thanks alot Tim hortons...let down by a place I grew up on sad
They should not represent Canada like they do when they have the amount of problems they have.
From not getting some things you order that you find out down the road to getting large coffee instead of medium to like this morning for the who knows how many times. A chocolate muffin instead of the blueberry I ordered. Get it right idiots
I go here all the time for coffee and a donut. They are always stale. No matter what time of day. Very little selection. A manager hung up on me when I was telling her about my negative experience. This is the Tim's on Birkett Way. Deacons corner. I have xslled customer service and get no call back. This has been the issue for months. Train your staff and nske fresh donuts. They bake them in their restaurant. No excuses.
I wrote a review a few weeks ago in hopes the concerns will be taken seriously but unfortunately we still clean our tables most of the time as customers the toilets still risky to use and still waiting over 20 minutes most of the time for our coffee. Staff are friendly but not as professional as they should be most likely because they lack a great manager.
I will drink Tim Horton's coffee, and have for years, but I never eat their food. It is terrible, and since they don't bake their donuts anymore those are not worth the money either. But we were in a bind. Hungry and tired. If you ever order the Habanero Chicken Wrap you better be hungry and have very few taste buds left. It is a pureed mix of garbage. I couldn't even finish it, and for me that is rare. I made sure to place it in a garbage as I wouldn't want a racoon eating it either.
They would not give me a drink the way I wanted it, plus the black coffee was undrinkable...
Never again!
Answer: I believe Tim Hortons is a legit company but in my mind, I'm thinking they are funded somehow through the liberal party of Canada just because there is a lot of new Canadians working at Tim Hortons? I'm not racist by all means.
