The service was good! I ordered a latte' then a cappuccino. Both machines broken. A croissant.
Out of them. Ended up with a bottle of water and a cold biscuit. Nope! Not going there again! Lambertville, Mi location.

Terrible experience at Tim Hortons! Received a voucher with no clear expiration date in the email, only found out it expired when I tried to use it. Contacted Tim Hortons, explained the situation, and asked for a reissued voucher, but they flatly refused. Poor customer service! Won't be going back. Beware!

Yesterday went with friends taste was good but environment was not so good. Pickup is good option for them

I couldn't taste lime or cilantro there wasn't much vegetables but lots of crispy rice. It definitely lacked salt and flavour.

I myself have experienced with Tim Hortons for almost 30 years. If I compare Tim Hortons of 10 years back to the Tim Hortons of today, surprisingly, I see a different picture. Service has become so low, It's hard to describe. The slow pace of the stuff and a long line of customers is a common phenomenon of everyday Tim Hortons now. After the purchase, to not offer thanks in most of the cases.

I am really concerned for Tim Hortons as a regular customer who generally visits diostore 6/7 times a day.

Customer service in Canada has really deteriorated, visited n number of outlets but customer service is pathetic, they take forever to proceed for with your orders.

I never had a problem before online ordering for years.now they changed the app and when I go to order on my samsung tablet and I click on menu and completely BLANK.what the hell.

Someone used my card number at 2 of their location, and I let their customer service know this also told them where I live so that where their could see there is no Time Hortons in my town or even state. Basically customer service told me I was trying to scam them and they would not be refunding my money, also the 2 store number I gave them so I could call the manager at those store customer service said that they didn't exist. Also ideally give them 0 stars.

My husband goes to 385 Frederick St and they are really slow. My daughter got a classic sausage english muffin and found an egg shell in it. Very unhappy with this.

Dirty and not sanitary. I decided not to eat after watching for a few mins. Toilets - no paper, piss everywhere. Guess now that women have to share with all men (just in case that one Trans comes in), this is what we should expect. Disgusting!

It's embarrassing to see how disgustingly dirty Tim Hortons become. Just horrible! No mater what location.

The last four time I ordered coffee at Tim Hortons it tasted like mud, it is no longer twenty minutes fresh. The coffee is made and stored in a large carafe. I will no longer buy coffee from Tim Hortons.

My wife and I went to Tim Hortons in brantford at 155 Lynden road. The man taking our order was not listening to our order and kept typing it all wrong until another person asked and said I got it. Went to the window to pay and receive our order. The man had me re tell him the order again. This took way to long and the man wasn't listening to what I was saying, after all that took our food home and went to eat our donuts and they both were stuck in the bag with all the chocolate topping.

Tim Horton Canada upgraded all stores. They look fancy now but they don't pay attention to food safety which is very critical. No matter how the store looks fancy but you always find flies inside display shelves on donuts. Workers coughing and sneezing while they are processing food without wearing masks.

Today 07/14/23, I and a companion visited the Muskegon, MI location where Seth was at the counter. Never greeted me, so I decided to break the ice and tell him what I wanted. I complied, told me the price and proceed to make my drink. Never said thank you or anything. So my friend ordered who happened to be white, he was so politely actually talked. The place has broken chairs and the fireplace was filthy! First and Last visit!

I most probably wil stop drinking coffee at tims,either change ur cup quality or just put the sleeve,even the sleeve slips off while holding. On without us asking.even McDonald's has better cups without the coffee spilling, thrs always coffee on the covers to.n they are in a hurry thru the driveway, I just can't hold a hot coffee cup.plz CHANGE it,lov ur coffee. Wouldn't want to go anywhere else.

My husband and I went through the drive through on Centennial in Hamilton and there was a homeless man right beside the speaker asking for money. This mad is very uncomfortable. When we mentioned it he was still not removed.
