This complaint is about the principle of honesty and integrity; and not about a small amount of money that was erroneously removed from my Tim's gift card.
I had a Tim's gift card with a small dollar amount left on it.
Anyhow I went into my neighborhood Tim's yesterday to get a medium steeped tea. I swiped my Tim's gift card and I was told what the remaining balance was on the card. I then elected to pay the full amount in cash and I kept my gift card assuming that my remaining balance had not been deducted.
Today I checked the gift card and it stated that I had a zero balance on it!
So today I returned to the same Tim's location and spoke to a supervisor named Phillipine who refused to take me on my word and would not give me any credit at all towards replacing the missing balance.
I told her that I am a regular customer at this location and I spend a lot on steeped tea at their store.
She could care less and told me that they have to balance the cash at the end of their shift and there can't be any discrepancy at all.
I just couldn't believe how chincy this supervisor was. She told me that $1.00 was a lot of money (really?). I told her that $1.00 won't even buy a small coffee.
So much for good customer service towards a repeat customer!

Pass that Dutchie to the left hand side and keep passing until it meets the trash. This donut is not the classic of my youth. It is too small, it is a sickly sweet sugar glazed fiasco! Dump these Dutchies in the dumpster along with the revised recipe fail.

The chicken soup is sour, stale and rotten. Don't buy. I had no time to return it as I was in a rush so I through it in the garbage. Experienced food poisoning later.

Cannot check online, although it's an option. Website is unreliable. Always the same offer, which I don't by. Should learn to know your customer and what they buy most...

I have been eating Tim's everything bagles for many years. The quality of the bagles have really gone down - it's now chewy, and not so nice to eat anymore. On a scale of 1-10, if the everything bagle was 10, the quality is now maybe 1(one).
I hope that Tim improve on the quality.

Was at the Tim Hortons in thessalon Ontario on sunday January 21st 2024 and tried to order any of the retro doughnuts and all they had was 1 walnut crunch left and none of the other ones so I got that, then ordered a Boston creme and they had none of those either. Hate when I'm in the drive through and they don't have any of what's being advertised on the screen!

Lazy and very slow in service especially after 6AM. Attend their own personal agenda first not costumer friendly.

Tell me.if I do to Tim Hortons (hey 27 and hwy 7) and drop 10 bucks on 4 coffees, then Why The F*** would they ask for another 10 cents for an extra cup? Are they really that f****** cheap? I used to go to Tim's several year ago at a different location and they messed up my order (again, mainly because Nobody spoke proper English) so I switched to McDonald's and found that they had better coffee. Today after 4 years I thought I'd treat some friends to coffee at Tim's. Yeah well, this just strengthens my belief that Tim Hortons is a money hungry coffee shop! Too bad. We're not coming back. I've always enjoyed the tim hortons 'loaded' chicken bowls and they used to suffice my hunger all with a great taste, I've recently discovered they reduced their portions by a large amount all for the same price! This is outrageous! My kids and I used to enjoy the bowl combos and from now on we will have to stop. I recommend not to buy any tim Hortons bowls, this is not worth it and don't waste your money on such a tiny portion.

I HAVE TO STATE THAT TIM HORTONS, CARLETON PLACE HAS TO DATE BEEN EXCELLENT. YESTERDAY MY WIFE AND I RECEIVED AN UNEXPECTED LETDOWN AND SHOCK. WE ORDERED A SMALL CHILI AND CRISPY BBQ CHICKEN PCS. BOWL. BOTH WERE A BIG MISTAKE. THE CHILI ITTY BITTY TEENY WEENY PAPER CUP WAS ONLY 2/3 FULL AND NOT UP TO THE FILL LINE. PATHETIC. THE CHICKEN BOWL WAS ONLY1/2 FULL AND NOT UP TO THE FILL LINE. NOT ACCEPTABLE. MY WIFE AND I WERE SO HUNGRY THAT WE DID NOT COMPLAIN. WE WERE TIRED FROM A LONG LONG DRIVE AND NOT UP TO THE HASSLE. NOW WE ARE LEFT AGITATED AND UPSET DUE TO THIS HAPPENING. BOTTOM LINE IS... PAID $20.00+ FOR THESE PRODUCTS AND WERE SHORTED. NOT RIGHT AND NOT ACCEPTABLE... WE WILL INFORM ANY/ALL PEOPLE OF THIS... He was already a bit slow and not the most welcoming guy ever working the counter, but since I'm a nice guy I thanked him for my tea anyway when he gave it to me; And he just turned his back and completely ignored me without a word of acknowledgment…You all might want to work on your customer service training; Maybe a class on not treating the customer like gum stuck under the bottom of your shoe…

Good luck getting some one to take your order while three or more employees are chatting in one corner. They look back at you hoping you would go away.

In the last month I have ordered and paid for Cappuccinos, just to find out they have used regular coffee instead of espresso and just added foam milk on top of it to hide it.
We are not in a third world country, but service and product quality seems that way.

Is this the Authentic Canadian Coffee shop we are to be proud of...

This is not first time I got it normally whenever I order 9 out 10 times either it's burn or raw terrible when it comes to croissant I wish I could give negative stars

I just went thru the Tim Hortons drive thru in Barrie on Cundles Rd EAST and they said my card didnt work but charged 3 times and its a gd thing I looked at my online banking to catch this, but then they refuse to pay me back saying Ill have to come back another day.I live 35 minutes away...this is NOT COOL.
