This is a problem with not just one store but all of them. There will be 5-6 employees all serving the drive thru but could care less about the people who get their asses out of their cars to go in because the drive thru lineup is too long. You ask I'd there is someone serving the counter and you get "be with you in a minute...a minute turns into several while the drive thru keeps getting served. I'm sick of it and will be going to McDonald's from now on. Better coffee, better service.

Absolutely Brutal

I don't understand why we are waiting so long to both order and receive our items. Been only happening since the complete staffing change, but the worst part is after being asked to repeat order, it still gets messed up. Just got home to enjoy my 3 milk and 2 Sweetner but it ends up being a cold steeped tea. Upper management should be ashamed for allowing the constant poor services that these franchise owners are allowing to happen, especially with Tim's being such a huge company. Now I can toss this cold incorrect order in sink or drive bk to get another one screwed up. Thunder Bay, Waterloo street location

The past few weeks the everything bagel has hardly any cream cheese on it, when I ask if they could more on like before they charged me 1.60 above the cost of the toasted everything bagel with cream cheese. I was floored, when I mentioned it to the staff member she smile and shrugged her shoulders. The amount of cream cheese they added for 1.60 more was the same as what they previously used to do.
Guess Tim Hortons has decided to cut back, not making the big enough bucks?…….The good old saying "PAY MORE GET LESS" is ringing true at Tim Hortons.
Don't get me started on the way they charge taxes….not sure you does their math, but they need to go back to basic math.
Screw me one shame on you, screw twice shame on me.
Sorry you just lost a customer!

I had a free coffee reward on the Tim Hirton app and when I activated it I had 5 days to get it. Today I went to get my free coffee and the cashier couldn't get it to work. When I scanned the code it still showed a price for the coffee. She couldn't do anything for me so I went to another Timmy's in Brockville Ontario and she had the same problem but she adjusted the amount and I only had to pay for the muffin. Your rewards are not very good, I hope you get that straightened out.

Not clean place at all staff working carless without taking care for be cleaned and not care for health not responsible. The person who repair my cup he forget inside piece of plastic it is from cream cover and never check it before give to me.even no one is response after I try to reach customer service

Around 10.30 am my son and I walked I in bc we had time before his swim lesson.
Come up to the register, lobby empty but one employee on break and a lady that was already walking, 2 cars in drive through so we were good to go.
Nope, no hello no good morning no we be right with you no absolutely no acknowledgment what so ever.
After couple minutes an employee pass by the register I said hi he said hi that's it.
Then after maybe 5-7 minutes employee comes to register bobs her head at me looks at me like ok I'm ready what do you want, doesn't say a word just looks at me.
I said good morning told her my order, instead of just grabbing the items herself since she right there she asked another employee for them and he did not look amused. No name tags so I can't tell you name no print out for our order bc the printer didn't work no business card bc they apparently don't have any so I really can tell you other then service at this location is always like this when we come, pretty sure it's not just our luck bc we come maybe 2-3 times a month but drive through.
This location is toledo Ohio on reynolds and Dorr st

15 Year a loyal customer

Went to the hospital to visit my sick father in law, purchased $18 worth of food, go to scan my phone, they don't scan phone or cards there, they gave me a receipt and call head office, I did they said they can't do nothing about this, for really, ok, I am deleting my app I am done with Tim Hortons, there way to big,don't care about locality

Awful app!

The app is a scam…if you forget to select the proper location, you will be charged for the order in that location…I've been ripped off a few times already….also the offers are ridiculous, today I purchased the 2 farmers breakfast wraps for $7 yet I was charged the "regular farmers wrap" and when I pointed that out, the workers said they have no idea about offers and getting the refund was an absolute nightmare…Tim Horton used to be a great franchise, now it's owned by some greedy Spanish corporation that are all about profit and nothing more….if I can give a zero star I would have…

White hot chocolate

Well I was totally disappointed today! I do not drink coffee and never have. I do not like regular chocolate but have always liked Tim's white hot chocolate cause they make it with milk not hot water. Well today it was disgusting they clearly changed it. It tasted like hot water with a drop of milk no flavor whatsoever the worst I've ever had. Why would you change a good thing. I'm disappointed Jarvis Ontario Tim Hortons Rating would of been zero stars for this drink but had to hit at least one!

FRENCH VANILLA

I got 2 French Vanillas today at around 12:30 pm from the Tim Hortons on the 138 monkland and I am very disappointed that they tasted bitter as there was not enough french vanilla powder in the drink

I will never order through the app again. I never received my order. I had to call them to find out where they left my order. She finally answered and said she dropped it off somewhere and didn't tell me. She then swore at me and hung up. Ive reported it and no one has called me regarding this and it's been a week. I would just like a refund and the rip I gave her.

This Timmy's on east 12 th ave Dharmen could not get my order down after i repeated it 4 times. I took my drinks to table he motions for me to come pay for an item he forgot to add to my order. After i explained it 4 times. So i go to pay which a customer starts yelling that i butted in line. Which i said i didnt and a huge argument ensued. And this came with no apology from my Dharmen for his mistake. His manager Gurneet starts yapping in their language which i dont understand and she assumes his side to where i reject the order. So she assumed i paid by vard i said cash and she asked him in the language again, like i am making this up,? So i will never step into a Timmy's again as it was such upsetting and biased experience. You have lost a loyal customer…

Re new decal coffee

The new machines installed for producing decaf coffee a few months ago are awful now that they are older. I can get a better cup of coffee anywhere. This is not just one location but all of the time I can access in a 50 km radius. Just thought you should know.

This is awful, why could you not continue the gingerbread latte for another Christmas season. The Gingerbread was fabulous, this Bailey's one taste sour and disgusting. I want to return it. The caramel toffee in the summer was fabulous and the gingerbread also fabulous. Stop trying new flavors just stick to the ones that sell. Also please fill the cups and mine was cold. Guess I'll be avoiding you and sticking to starbucks, coffee culture, second cup or McDonalds this season. Tim's fail! Yuk!

Horrible services

This is a branch on West Broadway of Vancouver. They always refuse to provide sleeves for hot drinks. When I ask one, the csr rolled her eyes and advised that we don't have sleeves. I asked for an extra cup instead. She ignored my request and let me waited for 10 minutes before rudely passing me one. Later, her manager told her that I was very demanding and asked her to ignore customers like me in the future. I felt very uncomfortable and disappointed. I don't think customers who spend their money there deserve such service. This is my last time in Timmy, period.

EVERY single time I go they are always out of what I want to order. They just told me they are closing in 40min so they don't have bread for sandwiches, at 5:20 dinner time! 40min is also a long time before close. Awful service

Not what it used to be

I am finding almost every Tim Hortons is rushing. You ate 15 minutes to get served after they throw you the cup of coffee and food that you want. They want you out of there. I understand they're in a rush. The bottom line is after I get my coffee I need to open it so I can drive safely and drink it safely. Not comfortable at Tim Hortons anymore. Feel like I'm at an enemy house
