Lousy service
September 10, 2021

Visited certain location 3 times, ordered the same each time. Hot chocolate & a wild berry muffin. First time got a chocolate chip muffin, second time got a banana tasting muffin, third time waited in the store for 15 minutes, never got waited on. There was 5 employees, I was the lonecustomer. Tried calling the manager she told me lousy phone reception tried later, same lady told me call back next day manager would be in! Tried a few days later got hung up on,

I love Tim Hortons and I go there all the time with my daughter, but this reason visit as I go through the drive-thru, I had been saving my points to get a free ice cap which is 140 points by the way, and so I go through the drive-thru and I tell the lady about the Redemption before I do it and when I get to the window I'm excited and I say yeah so I guess I'm only paying for my timbits!? She says yes, and then after I bring it through says I never actually ordered an ice cap and I said yeah I did that's why I said it was going to be free and that's why I was excited to scan my card to you. So I guess she didn't actually put the ice cap through which is her fault and then you know what she does? She closes the drive-thru window on me as she calls me a $#*!. So I sat there and I'm waiting for my drink as the windows closed and there's like 10 cars lined up behind me. So I had to wait for a good 10 minutes just for her to open the door and hand me my ice cap call me a $#*! again and then close the door and talk to her employees about me. Lo and behold this was the manager of the place so not impressed at all.

Coffee cups

Every morning I purchase my coffee at Tim Horton's. Every morning at work I have coffee stains all over my clothes and my desk. WHY DID you change your coffee cups and lids? They are dangerous and terrible quality. If something doesn't change with the lids and cups I will be heading to Star Bucks in the morning, sorry!

Even though Tim Horton's Collingwood claims to serve breakfast ANYTIME. DON'T waste your time trying to order a breakfast sandwich in the late evening or ANYTIME after 12am. You will be told NO. No explanation just NO! This has happened to me SEVERAL times not just once! I was told no to a chicken wrap. When I changed my order completely to just buy 2 vanilla dream donuts. I was told NO for that as well. No explanation to any of the requests I had I was just told NO. Collingwood if you DON'T offer breakfast anytime. Take it OFF the menu. This incident happened at the Hume street Tim Horton's Collingwood.

No flavor

Ordered 2 Pumpkin spice lattes from the TH in Wasaga Beach east end location. No pumpkin spice flavor, filled to the 3/ 4 cup mark and Luke warm. At $8.00 this is a terrible product. Don't waste your money and try this-awful product.

Great coffee

A whole new level of coffee! It's a bit overpriced but that's the trend with most coffee shops now I guess. I still love Tim Hortons and will certainly come back.

Loving it!

I really enjoyed the coffee and the customer service I have experienced when I went to their shop. I will definitely go back again and it'll probably be the place I'll visit very very often. Thanks for taking coffee on a different level!
