Drive thru experience had a stinking attitude, yelling and slam window in my face. Reported to Head office
A lot of this restaurant's problems are similar to one another. It's consistently understaffed, lines are long, drive thru is slow and food, in terms of taste, has gotten lower in quality than it used to be. I hope this changes and is addressed for the long term.
You should not Never refuse customers like you did truckers stop by all year since ever and now you picked the wrong side you will never get another dollars out of my pockets
No customer service skills - shoves the debit machine in your face without taking rewards card then she pretends to scan it - always feel super rushed at the drive thru
I just want to thank the team at the Timmies Broadway. Lori Chrissy William with his amazing dance and Milad you guys Make my morning FABULOUS PLEASE KERP IT UP
I've been a customer of Tim's since I was a young teenager. Service was second to none and their donuts were more delicious and staff were efficient and organized. The place was pretty much clean anytime I've gone, but now it's no where near. You've got dirty floors, washrooms and tables unwiped not to mention those sketchy people that camp over night. I've seen people with their heads down on the tables passed out or laying down on the benches snoring away or rolling up a joint. It came to mind that you don't see business people meeting up at Tim's anymore, I guess it's not their cup of tea seeing folks passed out everywhere. Owners of Tim's need to enforce their employees to be more assertive when dealing with those seeking for a place to sleep or just to use up a table when you have paying customers. Back in the day I've worked for Chevron and I do understand that it is a hassle dealing with street folks, but if you keep on them they will eventually disappear. So the blame goes on management for not making an effective plan to keeping Tim's clean and organized. What is the problem? Maybe the wages are too low for the risk of dealing with the likes of drug users or just Plane violent individuals whom are just causing problems for all. I'd be surprised if Tim's is still around in the next 10 years if they don't find a solution.
Went to order a Chicken Cesar Wrap one day after work, and found the chicken tasted extremely stale, like it was sitting in room temperature for days on end. Extremely disappointed by the circumstance, and also noticed washroom's aren't even open for the public.
Again I ordered a ham & Swiss. Nothing complicated just mayo on the side.
When I get home and open it up their is MAYO ALL OVER EVERY INCH OF THE SANDWHICH!
But at least they put it on the side as well. A nice little cup of it to go along with the half gallon thats on it already.
Thanks for ruining my 15 minlunch. AGAIN
ALSO THEY don't give out receipts so PROOF of purchase isn't available.
Generally I don't have many issues but when I specifically ask for something I do expect to get it supplied. The food itself was good grilled chez&bacon good other than no ketchup. I asked for the turkey bacon club got the chicken bacon which was a better tasting wrap so that was a plus. Husband could not forgive the lack of ketchup though. So sad to read the other dissatisfied reviews but this pandemic's effects are wide spread!
Understaffed, slow drive thru and bathroom isn't even available for the public 95% of the time. This seriously needs to be addressed and improved.
I tried the "new" Southwest Chicken Wrap at Tim Hortons in the Vancouver area today. It was terrible - they use *flakes of chicken*, not chicken tenders or anything solid/real. Definitely do not recommend.
So I started on app at 1050am. Wouldn't allow me to order. Finally at Tim Hortons order went thru. My order number is 9072. It's now 1145 and I've just received my order.
You're an hour late. The friends I'm sitting with are leaving. I showed the girls my receipt. They checked it and found it on the till.
What's the point if your app is an hour late.
Tim Hortons Highway 63 south Fort McMurray is by far the worst Tim Hortons in Canada, very poor service and never have enough staff working to improve there service. Had to settle for coffee from 7-11. This isn't the first time with poor service from this location.
I honestly can't believe Tim Hortons took their oatmeal off the menu a delicious and healthy option other then their greasy sandwiches. I asked them if they had any other healthy options and they suggested their parfait which the yogurt is full of sugar. I can't drink their coffee because it doesn't taste like coffee but rather water. No reason for me to go to Tim Hortons anymore since they have no healthy choices anymore for my family and my elderly step father!
We purchased a box of Keurig coffee pods, decaf, 30 pod, from Superstore. I noticed a Q R code and scanned it—the websites popped up in Chinese, and when I opened them they were all Chinese Porn sites!
Does Timmies know this?
The man at the window handed the debit machine didn't even make eye contact. Then I couldn't reach he yelled ma, am your bill is this much. I replied that I cant reach machine. He gave to me with a sigh the after that handed my order and didn't even look at me. I will never go to the Richard Road SW one again. They need to re train the workers on good customer service
I love tim hortons coffee but I would say 1/5 is problem free and delicious. They tend to sell old or burnt coffee often and this is not only one location. I am a firm believer the coffee cups should at least come with clear bottoms, so you can at least see if your going to get a mouth full of coffee grinds. Something has gotta give.
This place has really bad customer service. Staff yelling at customers to get their orders said correctly is the norm here. It's pathetic.
My husband got me a soup from the Corunna Ontario location… there was no bun. I called the location to let them know, and said I would drive back over to get it. When I went into the location the employee went to the manager to let her know I was there. The manager then proceeded to say I was a liar " but what ever I'll just give it her anyways!" She said this in front of other customers as well. I own multiple businesses; so to say the least … that would never be someone I would ever have responsible for one of my locations! I believe her name was Tracy … at least that's who answered the phone when I called. The town of Corunna has a local page where there are multiple major complaints about this location. I hope this disrespectful immature behavior is reprimanded.
Kind regards
Jennifer Esser
Answer: I believe Tim Hortons is a legit company but in my mind, I'm thinking they are funded somehow through the liberal party of Canada just because there is a lot of new Canadians working at Tim Hortons? I'm not racist by all means.
